We have a booking system that when all the relevant details are filled out, we do not need any more information from you and can process the booking far more efficiently, so we would require that you put down as much information as possible, such as the venue, client’s name, contact details, time and date. What LSP will be required and in which setting.

We also require additional information such as the PO (Purchase Order) number and the address to send the invoice once the assignment is completed.

To make things run smoothly we would ask that you make the booking in advance, such as three weeks or more, however, we may, on some occasions, be able to make last minute bookings.
